Whilst Boris Johnson has given the exhibitions industry a restart date (1 October); sadly, the venue is unable to confirm it will be able to stage the event, and there has now been too much time lost in the planning stages for the event to go ahead and deliver the kind of result we would expect it to. We feel at this stage it is better to protect the investment of exhibitors and start planning for October 2021, when we feel the country will be much better equipped in dealing with the virus and people will feel more confident about attending exhibitions.

The whole working week, Monday 5- Friday 9th October 2020 will be host to a number of online events. These will be keynote presentations, panel debates and webinars all hosted online. There will also be opportunities for product supplier and customers to meet and do business online.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover travel costs. You may want to contact your provider directly to discuss amending your booking to the new dates. Given the circumstances and lack of government guidelines around events at this stage, we believe most hotels will be open to moving your booking to 2021 rather than risk losing your business.
