Waste Expo Australia presents Wastewater Summit brought to you by Enviro Concepts, a free-to-attend conference for the wastewater treatment industry. This conference will be led by the industry’s experts, giving industry professionals the opportunity to share knowledge on a range of topics including innovation, technology, regulation and new industry developments.
VISIT WASTE EXPO AUSTRALIA
Waste Expo Australia is the largest free to attend conference and exhibition for the waste management and wastewater treatment industries. Waste Expo Australia attracts more than 4,000 attendees over two busy show days, bringing together customers and suppliers from around Australia and beyond.
The 2018 edition featured 3 conferences which hosted over 30 hours of tailored content covering key topics such as landfill and transfer stations, collections, waste to energy, resource recovery and wastewater.
SIMPLY CUPS
Waste Expo Australia is proud to announce it’s partnership with Simply Cups in 2019.
Paper coffee cups typically have a thin plastic (polyethylene) liner which creates a liquid-proof barrier to contain the liquid contents of the cup. This liner has prevented the paper fibres from being recovered and results in millions of cups being sent to landfill every year in Australia rather than being recycled. To recycle coffee cups effectively, they need to be collected as a clean waste stream.
At Waste Expo Australia there will be designated collections tubes throughout the event which will be collected daily. Whilst visiting Waste Expo Australia be sure to participate in this opportunity to help save millions of cups from going to landfill.
