Health ingredients (Hi) / Food ingredients for Taste (FiT) / Safety and Technology (S-tec) Japan / Food Long Life (LL) Japan is Asia’s largest ingredients trade show. Hi / FiT / S-tec / LL Japan is the annual showcase and meeting place for this rapidly growing market phenomenon and has been continuing to be the leading trade show in the food, supplement and consmeceutical industries. Hi Japan features functional ingredients, natural food ingredients, organic ingredients, food additives, cosmeceuticals, substances for supplements and contract manufacturing services. FiT Japan features a unique ingredients technology that can create better tastes, and solutions to keep these tastes fresh. S-tec Japan features production quality-control technology, new food production technology, analysis, monitoring equipment, environmental protection, food-products-manufacturing-related equipment and packaging. LL Japan will be newly launched in 2020, featuring on the technology of “reduce” and “reuse”.

Hi / FiT / S-tec / LL Japan 2020 will be held in Tokyo on 16 – 18 November 2020. This year will be the 31st anniversary. There will be approximately 600 exhibitors and 42,000 visitors. 370 exhibitor presentations will be held at the site.
